Job Title: IT Manager

As an IT Manager at Arvest, you will provide leadership and manage team(s) responsible for developing and implementing protocols that impact the daily operational activities of the specified area of IT. Accountable for the management of multiple sections of work, multiple teams or a major section of work within IT. Identifies, evaluates and resolves business issues. Works to resolve high-level, abstract problems across areas within specified area of expertise. Possesses extensive technical breadth.\ \ Accountable for the management of multiple sections of work, multiple teams or a major section of work within the Commerce IT operation.

What Youll Do At Arvest

Manage a single team of technical contributors, responsible for the effective coordination and execution of the work of the team, focusing on annual objectives.

Provide the technical oversight and leadership necessary to accomplish work with necessary understanding and alignment with peer unit leaders.

Lead a team of Application Support Analysts (ASA) for the Associate Experience team.

Provide guidance to ASAs on complex application support issues, establish and implement software patching schedule, server upgrades, software configuration, and vendor software installation.

Provide input to financial and people resource plans. Ensure resources are in place and operating effectively within the technical discipline.

Design and develop work plans and priorities based on objectives.

Responsible for all performance related activities, including performance reviews. Provide input to compensation decisions.

Identify areas of risk and create and update remediation strategies, disaster recovery, and business continuity or escalate as necessary.

Directly supervise at least 2 associates by proactively supporting others in their path forward, providing feedback, and through empowerment.

Ensure delivery against agreed upon SLAs and overall service delivery of operational activities. Reviews and approves any request prioritizations.

Understand short and long-term goals and objectives and recommend technical solutions and services.

Stay abreast of industry leading best practices and brings them to the attention of the leadership team for innovative application. Develops and leverages partnerships (and relationships) with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
