We are now looking for an IT Specialist to join our fast growing team in Stockholm. As an IT Specialist at Envar, you will be the one who drives the infrastructure and technological choices needed in order to make sure that it's a scalable, performant and secure platform for the future.

The role is based in our office in Södermalm, Stockholm.

Responsibilities

Monitor security certificates of the company and our clients' compliance of requirements
Provide internal IT support (server security, software updates, hardware maintenance etc.)
Install and update company software and hardware as needed
Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
Help with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including installation of all new technology for the company or for new hires (e.g., computer operating systems, software programs and applications)
Oversee the cybersecurity of our computing assets, including all laptops (including remote maintenance) and server infrastructure
Administration and troubleshooting of the tools that we use (Perforce, Favro, G-Suite, Miro, Notion, Squarespace, Slack).
Familiarity with multiple web browsers and OS platforms, software procurement, updates and user management.
Planning, management and administration of virtual hardware based on VMware and Azure
Stay up-to-date on current and new technology
Prepare and maintain operational documentation when needed
Setting up new equipment - like tablets, printers and so on

Qualifications

2+ years of experience working as an IT specialist in a company with more than 30 employees.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing, both in Swedish and in English

Experience dealing with different programming languages.
