Frank is hiring and this time we are looking for an IT Specialist to join us in our offices in central Malmö! We need you to support our growing infrastructure of systems, servers and hardware. This is a crucial role for us and we cannot wait to find you!

What You’ll Do

As our new team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company's infrastructure and user experience. This will involve managing our network and storage systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to end-users. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for updates and improvements as needed.

This position will, amongst other things, do the following:

Create a smooth user experience for our artists and clients using automated deployments
Take ownership of studio hardware and maintenance
Explore new and emerging technologies
Management of users and asset life cycles
Manage machine configurations, inventory, and maintaining device and data security
Analyzing technical issues by troubleshooting, performing, and proposing appropriate solutions
Supporting and maintaining artists rendering systems

What You Need To Have

Have a strong interest in Software Development
Strong knowledge of Windows based systems
Self-directing and collaborative work style
A passion for supporting and helping people
Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
Great attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Having exposure with Python and PowerShell programming
Prior experience with Microsoft Intune

We produce lots of graphics, in many forms. Mainly centered around CGI, both offline and realtime. Even though it is not a requirement to be knowable of the CGI production pipeline, its is considered a big plus if it has been explored.
