Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the operational and strategic agenda of IT.
Continuously drive change projects in IT operations, with agile methods, both independently and on request.
Operate and manage systems. Responsible for operational support for our employees.
Be responsible for IT operations such as office environments, networks, AD, Azure, local servers etc.
Be responsible for IT policies, supplier negotiations and contract management.
Be responsible for budget and investments in IT infrastructure as well as supplier agreements.
Maintain right level of IT-security. Skills and Experiences:
Experience as an IT Manager, where you’ve worked hands-on with IT support.
Experience in Microsoft 365.
Experience of working in a high-paced and scale-up environment.
Knowledge of IT in an office- and R&D environment.
High level of service in everything you do, and a great ability to understand others needs to be able to give the best possible support.
Great communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and written.
Big bonus if you also have experience from ERP-systems. We offer:
