About the Role
EcoRide is looking for an IT Systems & Platform Manager to take charge of our IT landscape, ensuring our ERP system (Odoo) and all integrated platforms run smoothly. We work with around 15 different systems, including e-commerce and IoT platforms, making this a dynamic and exciting role. Your job will be to learn, maintain, and continuously improve these systems while ensuring seamless integration between them.
Your Responsibilities
Odoo ERP Management – Learn, maintain, and optimize our Odoo system to fit business needs.
System Integrations – Ensure smooth communication between Odoo, e-commerce, IoT, and other platforms.
IT Improvements – Identify and implement efficiency-boosting IT solutions.
Technical Support & Education – Support colleagues and train staff on system functionalities.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving – Diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.
Who You Are
Strong logic and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with IT systems, integrations, and ERP platforms (Odoo experience is a plus, but not required).
A quick learner with a passion for IT and automation.
A team player who can collaborate across departments.
Excellent communication and education skills—you can explain tech in a way that makes sense to non-tech people.
