Job Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with safety regulations in road, construction, and mining sectors in Europe and North America.
2. Capable of cab layout, human-machine verification, NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) design, and FOPS/ROPS (Falling Object Protective Structure/Roll-over Protective Structure) design.
3. Have a good understanding of frame design, sheet metal forming, interior design, and interior craftsmanship.
4. Familiar with the operating habits of articulated vehicle drivers in Europe and North America, and conduct research on the special needs of customers in different usage scenarios.
5. Keep up with current interior and exterior styling trends in the engineering vehicle and mining vehicle industries.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of experience in cab design and development, with at least one independent or collaborative completion of a cab development project for a product.
3. Proficient in 3D software for cab development.
4. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
