Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, printers, and software. The ideal candidate will have solid troubleshooting skills, knowledge of enterprise applications, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Re-image and configure devices, reinstall software and applications
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Android OS, and enterprise applications
- Support installation, refresh, and upgrades of PCs and mobile devices
- Install and configure hardware, software, printers, and network settings
- Manage incidents and service requests via tools like ServiceNow or Remedy
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements and escalations
- Provide onsite support for meetings, events, and disaster recovery activities
- Maintain documentation (KBs, SOPs) and develop standard installation/configuration procedures
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets within SLAs
- Provide Level 2 support and escalate issues to Level 3 when needed
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6–8 years of experience in IT support or desktop management
- Strong knowledge of:
- Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Android OS
- Office 365 support and Active Directory user/group management
- LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, Group Policy, basic networking and firewalls
- Common enterprise applications and VOIP phones
- Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.
- Working knowledge of ITIL and experience within SLA-driven environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with printer support including network configuration and driver installations
- Familiarity with software configuration and mobile device setup
- Knowledge of IT disaster recovery procedures
