This is a temporary employment position until May 31, 2026, with the potential to turn into permanent.
About the position
As a quality engineer with us, you have a key role in driving the work of monitoring, analysing, process development and improving quality issues at our factory in Lund. It is a broad and fast-paced role where you will have the opportunity to work with many departments and be an important representative in various projects.
The role includes, among other things, to:
- participate in improvement programmes and be involved in the development of processes
- representing the department towards suppliers and customers
- driving quality and product safety activities and investigations
- maintaining and developing management systems
- working with deviation management & problem solving internally as well as externally
- analyse data and results
- conduct risk analyses in the field of quality
You will be part of the quality team consisting of 10 people working in quality control, quality assurance and regulatory work. You will report to the Quality Manager. In your role, you will also work closely with other departments within the organisation, including production and sales.
Qualifications & personal qualities

To be able to handle many activities and parallel projects, it is also important that you as a person are driven, structured and responsible who thrive in a dynamic environment with many contact surfaces. You are confident in communicating with both customers and colleagues from different parts of the organisation and you have strong administrative skills.
To succeed in the role, you also need to have:
- A degree in chemical engineering, biotechnology, mechanical engineering, food technology or similar. You are either a recent graduate or have a few years of experience.
- Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English.
- Good knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
- Previous experience in ISO 9001, 14001 and FSSC 22000 is a merit, but it is not a requirement to apply for the position.
- If you have a background from the food or medical device sector, it is an advantage.
