As the IT Service Delivery, Associate Director you will be responsible for IT Service management and operational governance of all end-user- and infrastructure services globally across Calliditas through effective team- and supplier management.
As part of this you will be service owner for Microsoft365 and Azure services with focus on adoption and effective backend operations governance. This position is very customer focused, aiming to deliver defined services efficiently and securely within a compliant ITIL framework while emphasizing end-user productivity.
Your responsibilities include developing strategic and tactical roadmaps within your scope. Operational tasks will involve configuration changes, general IT support (incident/problem and service request), and project management. Additionally, you'll manage a direct report and directly report to our CIO.
Tasks and responsibilities
The responsibility for this position consists of three main areas;
IT Infrastructure services
- End user services – ServiceDesk, Client-, Print and Network management
- Azure Services
- IT Service Delivery framework life-cycle management
- Identity management
IT Application Governance – Microsoft365 and related services
- Application lifecycle management – Microsoft365 and related services
- End-user training - Training material life-cycle management
IT Service Management
- Vendor/Supplier service management - service control and service compliance
- Compliance with Policies, SOP’s and Work Instructions
- Human backup to IT Operations specialist

- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or Business
- Approximately 10 years of experience working with IT service management
- Strong technical foundation, particularly in the Microsoft platform
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- IT Service Management – hybrid delivery model
- Project Management – leading and delivering change
- Organizational change management
- International experience
