Medical Science Liaison | Oncology and Haematology

We are pleased to be partnering with Menarini Stemline to resource for Medical Science Liaison. They are focused on the development and commercialisation of innovative oncology and haematology therapeutics.

Job Overview:
- Working closely with the Medical Director and the Medical Lead to establish the medical footprint for Menarini Stemline across the region.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with KOLs in both oncology and haematology, particularly in breast cancer and multiple myeloma.
- Driving disease awareness by providing external medical disease education and setting up local scientific programs, such as symposia, advisory boards, or scientific meetings in accordance with the respective Menarini Stemline disease plans.
- Supporting pre-launch and post-launch activities for products in development or already on the market.
- Providing medical support and medical information on unsolicited HCP requests related to any Menarini Stemline products, marketed as well as pipeline, in accordance with the relevant Menarini Stemline processes and local regulations.
- Being an active member of scientific and educational interactions with therapeutic specialists on diagnostic and clinically relevant aspects of any therapeutic areas Menarini Stemline works in.
- Assisting with investigator-initiated trials and clinical research.
- Collecting competitive intelligence and market insights on diagnostic methods and treatment paradigms of any therapeutic areas relevant to Menarini Stemline.
- Pro-actively supporting internal medical knowledge development and providing internal training for sales and other functions on any relevant disease and product related aspects, in alignment with Medical Affairs Europe.
- Managing/supporting local aspects of investigator-initiated trials or other research projects; on request through Clinical Operations, supports patient enrolment into Menarini Stemline clinical trials.
- Ensuring that all activities required by pharmacovigilance and risk management are planned, set-up and pursued in accordance with respective local laws.
- Ensuring legal excellence and compliance in all medical activities as per Menarini Stemline SOPs and local regulations.
To be successful:
- At least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar role, with a focus on haematology and/or oncology.
- Previous experience of product launches is desired.
- Experience in clinical trials, data interpretation, and real-world evidence.
- Solid background in solid tumor oncology, with a particular focus on breast cancer, and/or a deep understanding of haematology, with a particular focus on multiple myeloma.
- Established relationships with KOLs in both fields are a strong advantage.
- Doctorate Degree (PhD, MD, PharmD) is an advantage
