🎯 Your Responsibilities:
As an IT Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and enhancing workplace resiliency. You will be responsible for:
- Microsoft 365 Management: Administering Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and security settings.
- Jira Administration: Managing issue tracking, workflows, integrations, and supporting project management teams.
- ITIL-based Service Management: Implementing best practices for incident response, problem resolution, and service improvements.
- Security & Compliance: Ensuring cybersecurity measures are applied, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Operational Support & Maintenance: Troubleshooting IT issues, optimizing system performance, and assisting with software deployment and updates.
- Process Automation: Developing scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of system configurations, incidents, and policies.
🕵️♂️ What We're Looking For:
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Jira (Cloud or Data Center/Server), and ITIL-based service management.
- Experience with IT security and implementing best practices for compliance and risk management.
- Languages: English (Fluency is required; additional languages such as Swedish, French, and/or Spanish are a plus).
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
- Jira Administration: Workflow management, issue tracking, and creating dashboards/reports.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation.
- Experience in cybersecurity and threat detection.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment and be a proactive problem-solver.
