Location: Marbella, Spain (On-site) + Remote support to global teams

Are you a tech-savvy, hands-on problem solver with a passion for supporting people and systems? We're looking for a Junior IT Administrator to join our Hero Gaming team in Marbella.

What You'll Do:

Provide timely IT related end user support by being the go-to Level 1 support person.
Provide a Service-Oriented Approach to our internal users, as well as proper communication, coordination and follow ups.
Install, deploy, and maintain end user IT equipment including laptops, mobile devices and printers.
Installing OSs, security software and other company-needed applications remotely and in-person.
Maintain and assist with the company's network.
Perform additional duties and assignments as required in support of internal IT systems.
Managing users permission using company internal tools

Knowledge or experience in the following technologies:

- Office 365 (very important!)

- Windows and Mac

- Printing solutions

- Basic network skills /troubleshooting (LAN, WAN)

- Hardware preparation (installation of laptops/PCs)

Managing users permission using company internal tools.
