Job Title: Maintenance Engineer / Asset Manager
Location: Stockholm / Home Office
Join a leading renewable energy company with decades of experience in renewable energy, managing over 40 small-scale hydropower plants across the Nordics.
Be part of a small, dedicated team focused on the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of these assets, while supporting ongoing growth and integration of new projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and oversee O&M contractors for key events and optimisation initiatives
- Lead OPEX and small CAPEX projects
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance aligns with O&M contracts
- Manage service requests and site inspections, producing detailed reports
- Support regulatory, health & safety, and environmental compliance
- Identify and resolve minor technical issues
- Suggest improvements and drive operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting
- Support onboarding of new acquisitions into internal systems
- Contribute to team goals and office administration tasks
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years' experience in hydropower, asset management, or renewable O&M (preferred)
- Familiarity with asset management methodologies and technical aspects of renewables (preferred)
- Strong safety and compliance focus
- Proficient in MS Excel and general IT tools
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
