Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives, manage vendor negotiations, and implement critical business solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in project and program management, especially in intellectual property rights (IPR), patents, and trademark programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project and program management activities
- Oversee complex transformation initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and conduct contract reviews
- Handle IPR, patent, and trademark-related programs for large-scale users
- Ensure effective risk, budget, and cost management
- Manage global stakeholder expectations and communication
- Drive performance evaluation and change management initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams with a focus on collaboration and delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of project and program management experience
- Proven ability in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Strong background in IPR, patent, and trademark program management
- Expertise in risk, cost, and performance management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing global teams and working in multicultural environments
