Today, these critical documents are often scattered across folders, spreadsheets, and inboxes. Compliance becomes guesswork. Reviews fall through the cracks, and no one really knows what version is the latest — or if it’s even been read.

What You'll DoWe’re looking for a fullstack engineer, preferably with a strong foundation in backend development and cloud infrastructure. You'll be the third member in our tech team and a key player in building and enhancing our SaaS platform. As a small team, all of us are involved in the entire development lifecycle – from planning and designing new features to implementation and tackling critical issues. Together we design, develop, and ship high-quality solutions that directly impact our customers.
Some tasks you will work on the first year:
- Establish our AI infrastructure and develop our first Gen AI features
- Work on a big enterprise feature involving all layers of our stack
- Contributing to the evolution of our infrastructure on Azure
- Develop back-office and internal tools that can be used by the entire team
We're heavily invested in leveraging AI to enhance our product. You'll have the opportunity to explore and implement AI-powered solutions. A genuine interest in AI development and practical experience using AI tools is essential for this role.
Our tech: TypeScript, Node.js, React, MySQL, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes and Azure.
What to expect when joining North House?- After 7 days: You’ll get to know the team, the product, and our development environment. We’ll help you get your machine set up and guide you toward your first (small) commit.
- After 30 days: With support from the team, you’ll gain a clear understanding of our workflows and goals. You’ll be contributing regularly to the codebase and starting to take ownership of a small feature, with plenty of collaboration along the way.
- After 90 days: You’ll be contributing to technical discussions and identifying areas for improvement. You’ll take the lead on medium-sized initiatives and help shape how we approach problems.
- After 365 days: You’re fully fluent in our stack and codebase, and a go-to person for newer team members. You help shape our roadmap and engineering culture. Your contributions are deeply integrated with the rest of the team — both technically and collaboratively.
