As Junior Producer at our head office you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of all content production. Working closely with the Head of Production, art directors, and production teams, the Junior Producer ensures shoots run smoothly, are delivered on time, and stay within budget. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to grow their career in creative production. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Production, who is responsible for overseeing and producing creative excellence across all content and marketing production needs in response to the vision of the Creative Director, delivering productions, providing expertise and creative solutions for global marketing and communications to underpin the brand’s marketing strategy each season.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Junior Producer your main contribution will be to support the Head of Production with the planning, coordination, and execution of all content production:
- Production Planning & Coordination: Assist with pre-production planning, including coordination with stakeholders and regional teams, equipment sourcing, travel and accommodation booking, and supporting seasonal planning and scheduling.
- On-Set & Shoot Logistics: Manage logistics on set such as equipment, catering, transport, permits, and liaising with crew and freelancers (photographers, stylists, assistants, etc.).
- Production Documentation & Administration: Create and maintain key production documents (call sheets, schedules, budgets, expenses), support legal paperwork (release forms, NDAs), and provide general admin support.
- Post-Production & Deliverables: Track and organize deliverables like selects and retouching notes, ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Cross-Functional & Regional Support: Support the Head of Production and regional marketing teams with timelines, local production briefs, internal tools, and ad hoc print or brand-related projects.

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in photo production, content creation, or creative project management.
- A degree or higher education in Media, Communication or Film making.
- Understanding of photography and video workflows (file formats, lighting, post-production, photo and video equipment)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office suite and Keynote.
- Fluent in English
